AidEx is the only activity in Europe dedicated to meeting the specific needs of global professional aid and relief personnel. Since 2014, Mason Events has been awarded the exclusive agency for China region to conduct investigations, exhibition promotion and recruitment in the Chinese market. In 2014, China Pavilion and a Chinese flag, supported by NGO and the Red Cross, appeared in AidEx for the first time. In each subsequent year, Mason Events will continue to bring the latest information about the industry to the Chinese market and provide the most cutting-edge information.

After years of growth, AidEx has now evolved into a must-attend event for international professionals and groups. AidEx is a two-day event, which encompasses a conference, exhibition, meeting areas, awards, networking and workshops. Its fundamental aim is to engage the sector at every level and provide a forum for humanitarian aid professionals to meet, source, supply and learn. AidEx was created to help the international aid community engage the private sector in a neutral setting, drive innovation and support the ever-growing need for emergency aid and development programmes. The previous AidEx exhibitions have received extensive attention from all walks of life, attracting countless senior officials from United Nations agencies, Red Cross and Red Crescent and other international agencies, government departments and non-governmental organisations in various industries, creating rare social events and followed by high-quality media exposure opportunities.
