Mason Events Management Limited was established in 2013 and is headquartered in London. We are a professional event management company dedicated to the process of Chinese brands seeking market entry into the United Kingdom and Europe.

Mason Events is an AIM certified member of the Meeting Industry Association (MIA) – an assurance of our commitment to quality and professionalism. Up till now, Mason Events has been the official exclusive partner of the British Subcon Show China region for 8 consecutive years, and has assisted hundreds of domestic and international companies to connect with various high-quality resources. As an off-campus internship base for the University of Surrey, Mason Events also always pays attention to the growth of talents in the event industry.

  1. Dec, 12th

    Mason Events Management Ltd. was formally established in London with the goal of creating a platform to promote the exchange between China and UK, and then radiate to Europe and the world. Mason Events’ business began in international exhibitions, and continued to expand its business to help with the overseas promotion of Chinese brands.

  2. Department of International Exhibitions was established. While helping dozens of Chinese customers to successfully go global through Transpoland, AIDEX and SUBCON, more and more exhibition organisers highly recognized the professionalism of Mason Events, and officially signed long-term partner agreements with it. Mason Events officially became the exclusive agency of China region for SUBCON and AIDEX in 2014.

  3. With the establishment of Department of Events Planning, Mason Events began to provide more comprehensive services for Chinese brands going overseas, and to hold brand launches and city promotion conferences throughout Europe.

  4. Department of Bespoke Services was formally established and to provide overseas precision lead gen services for governments, enterprises, art schools and other institutions at all levels. Mason Events’ ever-expanding overseas resource database not only helps save on communication costs, by providing all fields of integrated resources for all government levels, but also presents high-quality seminar opportunities for larger groups.

  5. Department of Social Media Marketing was formally established. While providing offline services for Chinese brands to Europe, Mason Events also takes into account the growing online demand of brands and the importance of overseas Social Media Marketing in the process of brand localisation.

  6. Under the witness of Jinghua Zhang, member of the Standing Committee of the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Nanjing Municipal Party Committee, Mason Events and Jiangsu Foryou Design Organization formally signed the “Sino-British International Convention and Exhibition (Nanjing) Strategic Partnership”.

  7. Mason Events has become a member of the Meeting Industry Association (MIA) in the UK, and has received the most authoritative AIM certification from the UK conference and event service industry. The professionalism of Mason Events has won the highest local recognition.

  8. Under the epidemic, Mason Events has increased its investment in Social Media Marketing and is committed to helping more Chinese companies go international in a new way under the new situation, and keeps on going to sea.
